READY! is run by Astorlia. This page explains what we collect on ready.astorlia.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. The short version: you can use the quiz without giving us your name or email, we never sell your information, and you can ask us to delete anything tied to your email at any time.

What we collect

Quiz answers. When you finish the quiz we save your answers, the areas you picked, your household type, and your zip code if you enter it. This record has no name or email attached. We use it to understand, in aggregate, what families are worried about and what to build next.
Your email, only if you give it. If you ask for the playbook or join the founding families list, we save your email with the areas you picked (and the monthly amount you chose, if you joined), so we can send you the right guide and updates. It is stored separately from your quiz answers.
Basic visit data. We may use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel to count visits, see which ads bring people here, and see where people stop in the quiz. These tools use cookies and collect things like your device, browser, and pages viewed.

How we use it

To show your results and playbook, to email you what you asked for, to improve READY!, and to measure our advertising. Your zip code is used to look up local risks such as flooding or wildfire and to see which areas the quiz is reaching.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your information. We use a few service providers to run the site: our web host, Google (where quiz responses and signups are stored), our email service, and the analytics tools above. They handle data on our behalf.

Emails

We only email you about READY!. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also reply or write to ready@astorlia.com.

Your choices

Skip the email step. The quiz and your results work without it.
Ask us to see, correct, or delete the information tied to your email by writing to ready@astorlia.com.
Block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or use your browser's "do not track" and ad-privacy controls.

Children

READY! is meant for adults planning for their households. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

READY! offers general preparedness information. It isn't medical, legal, insurance, or financial advice. In an emergency, follow instructions from local officials and call 911.
